The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,163 for compensation for use of the unit from October 1, 2022 to March 8, 2023, and $186 for the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant will owe daily compensation of $38.76 from March 8, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
