What happened

The ruling
The Tenants owe the Landlords $1,375.20, which represents the rent arrears for July 2020, less the interest owed on the last month's rent deposit, plus the NSF fee and application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 11, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
