What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlords served a valid Notice of Termination, and the Tenants did not void the notice by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021. The Tenants must pay $19,374.06 to the Landlords, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and application filing fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlords can file the order for enforcement.
