What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $8,252.76 plus $32.88 per day starting July 21, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 31, 2021, they will owe interest starting August 1, 2021.
