What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was in possession of the rental unit and had not paid the full rent for the period from December 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016. The Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective December 25, 2015.
