What happened
Tenants filed applications alleging that the Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and withheld or deliberately interfered with the reasonable supply of a vital service, care service, or food.
The ruling
The Tenants' tenancies are terminated effective April 30, 2018, and they do not owe rent beyond that date. The Landlords must pay the Tenants' filing fees.
