The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by May 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $21,908.22 plus $60.82 per day starting April 24, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
