What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act or carrying on an illegal trade, business or occupation in the rental unit or residential complex.
The ruling
The Tribunal ordered that the tenancy be terminated effective December 3, 2018, the date the Tenant was required to vacate the rental unit. The Tenant was ordered to pay the Landlord $325, which includes $135 for use of the rental unit from November 5 to November 22, 2018, and $190 for the application filing fee. The Tenant was also ordered to pay the Tribunal $100 in costs for the time spent dealing with the Tenant's outbursts during the hearing.
