What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex seriously impairing the safety of any person and using the rental unit or residential complex in a manner inconsistent with residential use that has caused or can be expected to cause significant damage.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated effective December 7, 2022, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Board grants the Landlord vacant possession of the rental unit on or after December 8, 2022.
