What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or Tenant's occupant or guest leaving dog excrement in the residential complex, which substantially interfered with the Landlords' and other tenants' reasonable enjoyment.
The ruling
The Landlords' application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant shall not leave dog excrement in the residential complex for 12 months starting February 24, 2022. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
