The ruling
The previous order CEL-97749-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,274.79, plus $52.60 per day starting August 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
