What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed for the period from June 1, 2020 to August 30, 2020.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $1,485.61, which represents the amount of rent owing up to August 30, 2020. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before January 31, 2021, the Tenants will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
