What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Tenants owed substantial arrears and had not paid rent for five months. Tenant proposed an unreasonable payment plan of $250 per month, which would take 35 months to clear the balance.

The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement if the unit is not vacated by January 31, 2022.
