What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants vacated the rental unit on January 31, 2021, prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $1,839.60 for rent arrears up to January 31, 2021, less the last month's rent deposit, and $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by December 28, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
