What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board on April 7, 2021 with respect to application TSL-18349-20.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 23, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
