What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,815.31 in arrears of rent and costs in 16 monthly payments of $175.79 starting December 2022 and a final payment of $2.67 on April 1, 2024. The Tenant shall also pay new rent in full on or before the first business day of each month starting December 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and the balance owing shall become payable with interest.
