The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by December 5, 2022, and pay $17,022.70 plus $78.90 per day from November 4, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 6, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
