What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The application was amended at the hearing to include additional rent owing as a result of a previous Board order that was reversed on review.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,655.72 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 24, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
