What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (CEL-02701-21-SA) issued on January 10, 2022. The Tenant failed to pay the lawful monthly rent in full by January 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 18, 2022. The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,639.94 to the Landlord, representing rent arrears, application fees, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $34.19 per day from February 8, 2022, until vacating the unit. If the Tenant does not pay or vacate by February 18, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
