The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by August 15, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,773.55 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) for rent arrears up to March 31, 2020, and $49.15 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 1, 2020 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
