The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by October 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $3,777.91, plus $40.27 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 13, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 23, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
