What happened
Landlord (Co-op) applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant (Co-op Member) due to the Tenant's failure to pay her Enbridge gas account, which resulted in the gas being disconnected. This created a substantial interference with the lawful rights and interests of the Co-op and other members.
The ruling
The Co-op Member's occupancy is terminated, and she must vacate the unit by February 4, 2023. If she does not pay the $201 application fee by that date, she will owe interest starting February 5, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by February 4, 2023, the Co-op may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
