What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior that substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the landlord and another tenant, as well as the Tenant causing undue damage to the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 3, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $721.50 for the cost of repairing damage and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 3, 2022, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
