What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord submitted evidence of the Tenant's late rent payments.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the monthly rent to the Landlord on or before the 1st of each month from December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application.
