The tenancy is terminated effective September 21, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,261.26 plus $28.39 per day starting September 11, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 21, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
