The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $27,130.13 in rent arrears and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application, totaling $27,320.13, by June 30, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
