What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and for damages to the premises. The Landlord also applied to take possession of the rental unit for personal use.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,673.02 plus $31.89 per day starting November 18, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
