What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on January 15, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $2,902.83 plus $74.96 per day starting February 12, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 22, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
