What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,260.99, plus $36.16 per day starting November 16, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants pay $6,786.00 on or before November 30, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
