What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $30,986.00 by August 27, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by August 27, 2022 and pay $25,429.01 plus $75.62 per day from July 19, 2022 until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 28, 2022 if the unit is not vacated.
