The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $397.98, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. The Tenant must also pay $30.01 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 5, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
