What happened

The ruling
The parties consented to a payment plan for the rent arrears owed by the Tenant to the Landlord. The Tenant is ordered to pay the arrears in installments by January 15, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
