What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the Board on June 16, 2020.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before February 9, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
