The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay $1,201.49 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $16.77 per day starting January 16, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant pays $1,617 on or before January 26, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
