What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on October 5, 2022, with respect to application LTB-L-047355-22.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 31, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,045.85 (less any payments made by the Tenant after the filing of this application of October 26, 2022), which represents the rent owing up to January 20, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $80.55 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 21, 2023 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
