The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,556.94 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage and replacing the damaged property, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $1,742.94. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 15, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
