What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $2,386 by November 30, 2022 or $3,986 by December 31, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by December 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $475.05 plus $52.60 per day of occupation after November 8, 2022.
