The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenants. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction starting May 1, 2022.
