The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 25, 2022, unless the Tenants void the order by paying $15,186.00 by that date. If the order is not voided, the Tenants must pay $10,195.20 to the Landlord, plus $78.90 per day for use of the unit from September 29, 2022, until they move out. The Tenants must vacate the unit by October 25, 2022, or face enforcement by the Sheriff starting October 26, 2022.
