What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy signed by both parties.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both the Landlord and Tenants. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2022.
