What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,378.12 plus $16.44 per day from September 24, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
