The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 9, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $42.74 per day for use of the unit from July 30, 2021 until they move out, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 9, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
