What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $14,636.00 by January 29, 2023. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by January 29, 2023, and pay $1,736.00 plus $70.68 per day until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 30, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
