What happened

Landlords and Tenants signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of January 31, 2022, but the Tenants did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before February 25, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
