What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent and non-payment of rent. The parties reached an agreement and requested an Order on Consent.
The ruling
The parties reached an agreement where the Tenant will pay the monthly rent by the 24th of each month for 24 months starting December 24, 2020. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction without notice. The agreement is a full and final settlement of both applications.
