What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on June 10, 2021 with respect to application SWL-48264-21. The condition was that the Tenant did not pay $780.00 rent on or before December 20, 2021.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 7, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
