What happened

The ruling
The previous consent order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 5, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,622.92 plus $57.53 per day starting January 26, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 5, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
