The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2022, and the Tenants are ordered to vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $20,286 in rent arrears by November 1, 2022, and if they fail to do so, interest will accrue on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by October 31, 2022, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
