What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person and the act or omission occurred in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 2, 2023. The Tenant must move out by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
