What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $30,727.67 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $72.33 per day starting January 19, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $175 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 29, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
